Regularly people think it’s impossible, or at least very difficult, to live an action-packed life full of outdoor activities and ‘extreme’ sports whilst living and working in London. I’m here to tell you that isn’t true! There are so many ways to try out and start new sports and activities in London, this website and blog is dedicated to providing information about these. I’ve lived in London pretty much my whole life, and I work full-time in the city as a Civil/Structural Engineer.
